Therese Jenkins was born in Fort Smith in 1961. She attended the University of Arkansas. She graduated as a Physician Assistant from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 1985. For 25 years Therese has been a physician assistant, working from 1985 until 1988 in Fort Smith in the field of orthopedics and worked in women’s health in Anchorage, Alaska from 1988 until 1992. When she returned to Fort Smith in 1993, she joined Eastside OB/GYN. She opened Jtec Laser in 2004 with Dr. Norma Basinger. Therese has performed over 1,500 Botox injections. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician assistants and licensed by the Arkansas State Medical Board to perform the procedures done at Jtec Laser.
As a medical practitioner her main focus is Botox and Fillers. Ms. Jenkins does facial sculpting with fillers, Radiesse Juvederm Ultra and Ultra Plus. Her artistic ability shines through with her treatments looking natural as she specializes in facial sculpting. For those that are pain sensitive, Cryo5 Chiller and topical anesthetics are available for all procedures. Appointments are available Tuesday and Thursday and other appointments are available upon request.
Dr. Norma Basinger is a licensed physician, board certified member of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology since 1996 and board certified by the American Board of Phlebology.
Dr. Basinger received her medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, South Carolina, where she completed her residency, in 1993, at Palmetto Richland Memorial Hospital. Dr. Basinger is an established physician and has been in private practice since 1993 and practicing in gynecology and obstetrics since 1998.
